Payment Policy Payment methods Payment is subject at all times to Shopexpresszw agreements with its bankers and the outsourced financial transactions service provider. You may pay for your online orders using several payment options: Credit and/or Debit card VISA, MasterCard and Ecocash are accepted on the payment platform. We subscribe to high levels of security and encryption allowing all clients to shop with peace of mind. We have taken all reasonable security measures to ensure that payment and card details, as well as related confidential information, cannot be accessed by anyone who is not authorized to do so. When placing your order, and providing the required personal details, including your payment card details, you warrant that you are authorized to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for your order. When your payment is received, you will be provided with order / payment acknowledgment via e-mail, and then the collection or distribution process begins. Delivery Policy How to place your order A user profile will be created when placing an order online that will serve as consent and acceptance of our T&Cs and privacy policy. You can pick as many items as you want and at the check-out / payment stage of the purchasing process the sum of them will be determined for you. If items are in short supply due to market shortages, we reserve the right to limit the quantity that can be applied to your shopping cart. You may add or remove any items that you do not wish to have included in your cart any time before payment. Just select the item you want to add or delete, and proceed to the next stage. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices will include tax, where this is required by specific country legislation. If any items ordered are not available, we will notify you as soon as we can. Ordering cut-off times: Orders can be placed at any time of day. Pick which date you would like the order to be delivered when you place your order. The earliest date for a delivery is the following day. In the case of unforeseen high volume of orders or if we have exceeded the maximum orders that can be managed in one day, we will contact you and inform you of a delay in completing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience that can result from this. In the case of alleged fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to hold onto any orders until the financial institutions have cleared them up. Once you have selected your method of payment, you will be directed to a connection, a secure website, Paynow, to pay the appropriate purchase price for the products. Deliveries are currently only within the greater Harare area. We guarantee delivery to the address provided when the order is placed. Due to the perishable nature of some product, we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is incorrectly entered, if a change of address isn’t updated prior to the invoice date, or if an address is altered while in transit, or if you are unable to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date and did not notify us prior to the order being invoiced. Refund Policy We ship perishable product, and are therefore unable to allow returns. Contrary to products with a longer shelf life, products that are perishable cannot be reused or resold.
